M5 asked Hint to create the brand, beginning with the identity and extending to web and packaging. To supplement the fresh modern take of the design, Hint art directed photo shoots, collaborating with the talented Matt Hawthorne and Derek Israelsen to bring to life the vibrant visual core of the brand.

Jouany Perfumes Branding
Posted byJouany Perfumes is the original creation of renowned fashion photographer Christophe Jouany, whose travels to some of the most beautiful and exotic locations in the world served as inspiration for the brand. The collection consists of one scent per city, beginning with St. Barthélemy and Marrakech.
Hint created a brand to embody the scents’ fusion of classic longevity and fresh modernity as well as the identities and promotional materials for first two scents.
MAD The Art of Scent: 1889-2012
Posted byThe art of scent 1889-2012 is the first major exhibition to recognize scent as a major medium of artistic creation and was featured at the Museum of Arts and Design. To match the minimally clean installation, designed by the architectural firm Diller, Scofidio + Renfro, Hint created a limited edition coffret box featuring eleven of the works exhibited in the inaugural show of the MAD Department of Olfactory Art curated by Chandler Burr. Each of the eleven scents are contained in glass vials and accompanied by a soft cover book with essays of each piece.
DC Shoes Rob Dyrdek RD1
Posted byDC asked Hint Creative to design a limited edition kit which included a t-shirt and shoes for the launch of Rob Dyrdek’s signature shoe the RD1 Mid. These limited edition kits went out to DC VIPs to jump-start the conversation around the shoe launch. A custom canvas compartmentalized box was created to house the shoes and t-shirt. The simplistic minimal art direction showcased fine production details incorporating magnetized clasps and foil stamping to create a signature box.
