Spoonful of Comfort was founded in 2007 is an online gifting company that believes comfort food care packages are the next best thing, when you can’t be there in person. They ship soup, cookies, rolls, and more. Every order gets special care and attention.

Hint was commissioned to concept and develop a campaign to promote holiday gift giving for any relationship, whether its for a co-worker or a granddaughter that can’t be home for the holidays. The campaign showcases cozy moments that focus on sharing soup and cookies with cherished ones during the holidays.

Hint was engaged to help produce and art direct a photoshoot with talented NYC photographer David Meredith. We focused on depicting moments that communicate the authenticity of The Spoonful of Comfort experience: moments that captivate a connection with loved ones when you are away.

The Grand America Hotel Fall Photography

They are known for their luxury convention facilities, gracious accommodations, attention to detail and personalized service. All rooms and suites in their 24-story hotel feature handcrafted Richelieu furniture, original works of art, inviting balconies, and large Italian marble bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase breathtaking views of Salt Lake City and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Hint planned and art directed the 2017 Fall brand photoshoot with photographer David Meredith, focusing on stories and details that are signature to The Grand America experience.

Epicure Photography Art Direction

They approached Hint to refresh their brand image aligning it with those ideals. Epicure’s new brand appeals to families whose busy lifestyles interfere with the creation of healthy meals by providing time conscious recipes with healthy products. 

Epicure’s brand visuals center around standardized fresh aspirational imagery paired with clean type. Hint develop extensive brand and photography guidelines to empower their internal team to create on-brand assets.

Nike Week Zero Photography

Hint art directed a photoshoot for Nike’s week zero collection with San Francisco based photographer Robert Schlatter. The week zero collection features the Nike Free Trainer 5.0 customized with schools colors and branding.

ORE Product Catalog 2015

After the success of the first catalog Hint produced for Ore Inc., Hint was approached again to design the ORE product catalog 2015. The new catalog introduces two new customizable product lines: Cladding and the fūse system. Hint was challenged to showcase the range of possibility these new systems add to the core line of Ore products.

Hint art directed new photography with photographer Derek Israelsen, focusing on the quality, sustainability, and customization of Ore’s products. On the cover, a blind emboss plus color-overlay technique subtly emphasizes the product images. The creative execution highlights the brand identity concepts behind the company.

Jamberry Lifestyle Photography

Jamberry Nails experienced explosive growth ($0-$300 Million) as a nail wrap company but wanted to expand beyond a product-based brand. They struggled to align their teams under a common vision and purpose, and needed help clearly defining, designing, and activating their brand. They engaged Hint to help do this and express their brand both visually and verbally. The result was the Jamberry brand book.

To coincide with the refreshed branding direction, Hint helped produce and art direct a photoshoot with talented NYC photographer Jon Moe. The photography reflects the authenticity of the refreshed brand in a clean and playful way.
